"We are extremely happy with the result of our collaboration, beginning in the fall of 2013, with Jim Fontaine and his firm PCS Web Design. Prior to his involvement, our organization — the Knox Historical Museum, located in Barbourville, Ky. — basically floundered for two years trying to develop and implement a website. We simply failed to locate someone capable of helping us develop a website worthy of our mission to preserve history and showcase our ever-expanding collection of artifacts, books, photos, oral history recordings, and much more. Assigned to this task, I was on the verge of temporarily shelving the project for our all-volunteer organization.
