"We are extremely happy with the result of our collaboration, beginning in the fall of 2013, with Jim Fontaine and his firm PCS Web Design.  Prior to his involvement, our organization — the Knox Historical Museum, located in Barbourville, Ky. — basically floundered for two years trying to develop and implement a website.  We simply failed to locate someone capable of helping us develop a website worthy of our mission to preserve history and showcase our ever-expanding collection of artifacts, books, photos, oral history recordings, and much more.  Assigned to this task, I was on the verge of temporarily shelving the project for our all-volunteer organization.  One lucky day, however, we found a website with the appearance and features we liked and promptly contacted the designer.  The rest is history, so to speak.  Jim has the required knowledge and expertise to fully develop and implement our Museum's Joomla content management system website, as well as ample knowledge dealing with all things pertaining to computers.  Also, equally important, he is helpful in coaching me at all times and has great patience while helping us maintain, make improvements and solve any problems that arise from month to month."
